A token is the software access authorization assigned to our users under their license. As the applications accessible and the license duration may vary, you can contact our team at any time for detailed information and to ask any questions about your current subscriptions.

All our solutions are designed to operate either on-premises or in a cloud-based structure. Before installation, system requirements are determined together with you, and the setup is carried out in the environment most suitable for your needs.

As long as your subscription continues, you can access all updates and new features added to the applications you use without any additional fees or installation requirements. Updates to our products are shared with our newsletter subscribers and through other announcement channels.

All data within the applications belong solely to your organization. Glowmind can only access data within the scope of your permission during installation and support processes. If your data is hosted in the cloud, it is protected in compliance with relevant legal regulations, including KVKK and GDPR, using encryption methods and access authorizations. If you choose on-premises hosting, all your data is stored on your own servers and remains entirely under your control.

MAIND applications can integrate with all accounting and ERP systems that support web services or APIs. Data transfer can be carried out via Excel, JSON, or RESTful API, ensuring seamless data exchange with many ERP infrastructures. For detailed information, please contact our team.

Your access to MAIND applications remains active throughout your license period. If the license is not renewed at the end of the period, access to the applications may be restricted. Our sales team will contact you before your license expires. You can contact our team through any of our communication channels for information on extending your license and your current subscriptions.

MAIND applications can be implemented across all processes in production, logistics, retail, financial, and operational areas. Regardless of sector, they can be used in any scenario where we can eliminate manual workload, data intensity, or errors caused by repetitive tasks.

Our training services for customized systems are provided just before application testing, to walk the testing team through the test scenarios. After go-live, end-user training is scheduled. Trainings can be conducted online or on-site. For our standard applications, you can access user manuals and tutorial videos on our website. Licensing is determined based on the scope of the applications you will use. You can obtain licensing for a single application or multiple applications as needed. Through MAIND Dashboard, you can control all applications included in your licenses from a single point.

MAIND application licenses are assigned exclusively to your organization and cannot be transferred to third parties. However, in cases such as company mergers, sales, or restructuring, you can contact our team for possible solutions.
